We provide luxury room styling, romantic setups, and custom surprise décor for special occasions. Each package is personalised based on our communications and agreements prior to the date of booking. We do our best to match inspiration photos, but please note: every room is unique and exact replication is not guaranteed. Our clients trust us for our creative touch!

Bookings are only locked in once confirmed and a deposit is paid. If you'd like to adjust your setup time, please contact us as early as possible — changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We always aim to arrive on time, but in the event of delays (traffic, hotel access, etc.), we will communicate with you promptly.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your scheduled setup.

• A 24-hour grace period applies. After that, unpaid bookings are automatically cancelled with no refund.

• Additional services (e.g., upgrades or add-ons) may be purchased up to 24 hours before your event, subject to availability.

• Client cancellations: All payments made (including the deposit) are non-refundable.

• No-shows or late communication: The session is automatically cancelled after 20 minutes with no refund.

• Rescheduling requests will be considered based on availability. Extra charges may apply if new logistics are involved.

• Contractor cancellations: If we ever need to cancel and you're unable to reschedule, a full refund will be issued.

While you may keep the physical décor items, the design and styling concept remain the intellectual property of Playroom Melbourne. You may post photos for personal use, and if we ask for a tag, we’d appreciate your support! Commercial use (e.g., Airbnb listings, product shoots, etc.) is not permitted without written permission.

We are not liable for any damages to hotel or venue property, though we take great care to avoid them.

If at any point we encounter unsafe or inappropriate behavior, we may cancel the booking without refund.

Unexpected delays due to weather, medical issues, or venue access may occur. In these rare cases, we’ll work with you to reschedule or arrange an appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time in cases of:

• No-shows

• Abusive behavior

• Breach of agreement

  In these cases, refunds will not be provided, and future bookings may be denied.
