No, we are only responsible for decorating the room, all responsibilities regarding hotel bookings would be up to our client.

The travel fee is covered for all accommodations located in the Melbourne CBD.
We do not service some locations outside our travel radius, for locations outside the CBD, please inquire with us for a travel fee quote.We currently do not travel to different states.

No, we also travel to AirBnbs and homes.
Gaining access to the Airbnb would be different to gaining access to a hotel room, if only one key is provided by the host you may have to leave the key at a nearby convenience store, or at the original pick up location.
If we are decorating at home, please be outside the setup area on the day. -
Yes, you can add our decorators name to the guestlist prior to the arrival date. We will give you more information on this after your booking.

Hotels often offer complimentary next-day cleaning, and you can also contact room service (if available) for assistance. For more grander setups, we recommend checking with your accommodation in advance to avoid any additional cleaning fees.
Cleaning fees may vary by hotel, and as a courtesy to housekeeping, we also offer a spare cleaning bag for your use. Please be careful when removing any decorations or tape to avoid damaging the paint.We do not come back the next day to collect anything, everything in the room is yours to keep.
