• Bookings will be confirmed once the payment is received.

• Depending on our current stock and on the package size, we do require at least 1-2 weeks notice in advance, for ordering & planning purposes.

• It is important to make the payment before the specified deadline for the deposit to avoid incurring an emergency/short notice booking fee.

• We do not take bookings with less than 48 hours confirmation notice.

• Based on our schedule, we may accept a 1 week last minute booking with an additional $50 booking fee.

• A non-refundable 50% deposit fee is required.

• Bank transfers are the only accepted forms of payment. Cash may be considered upon enquiry.

• Deposits are due at the time of the booking. The remaining balance is DUE 24 HRS before your date.

• If there is no payment by 24hrs, the service is automatically canceled. You will not be reimbursed for the initial non-refundable deposit. No exceptions!

• Once placing the initial deposit for your booking, you may cancel within 24 hours of the payment time frame to receive your money back.

• There is strictly no refunds for emergency bookings (emergency = 1 week from the booking day). 

• If it exceeds 24 hours since the initial deposit, you will not receive your money back, but you may rebook and choose a different date as long as our schedule is available on the day/time.

• The time frame to reschedule without a reschedule fee is strictly permitted 48 hours before the time of service.

• After 24 hours of the service booking’s date and time, there are absolutely no refunds if you decide not to rebook.

• If your date of choice upon a reschedule is unavailable, and you do not wish to schedule again. This does not mean a payment is refunded.

• Once the initial booking date and time has passed, and you wish to reschedule on a future date/time that also works with us, a reschedule fee MUST be charged for confirmation.

• If there is conflict with the Airbnb/hotel such as service refusals, please attempt to resolve the issue first, then refer our number to reception/owner so we can discuss the situation directly. Once we can confirm that the hotel/owner is still adamant, with no possibility for us to service, a refund for the deposit may be permitted.

• After the room is completed and we have sent photos/videos, there are no refunds.

• If we have not been to the accommodation before, high ceilings can make it difficult for us to install some add ons. You will be refunded for the add ons that we cannot install during the setup. (Our ceiling balloons are not helium, and as it is not an add on, that will not be refunded if we are unable to install them).

• If you decide to cancel your booking without rescheduling to a future date there will be no refunds.

• If we are collecting the key from you and you arrive late to the agreed time, we may be able to wait for your arrival depending on our schedule. If we are able to wait and the delay exceeds 20 minutes, a wait fee of $10 per 15 minutes will apply to proceed with the service. Please notify us ASAP if you are running late, if there is no communication after 20 mins this will be considered a no show.

• Once we have left the location from a no show, and there has been no communication from the client prior to us leaving, that is considered a cancellation with absolutely no refunds.

• It is expected that anything in relation to the hotel, regarding bond payments and adding Playroom to the guest list would be completed prior to our arrival. If this is not completed before we arrive,  your booking may be canceled if we are not permitted into the accomodation.

As our clients, we highly appreciate your communication and understanding. In any case, where there are concerns & circumstances outside of your control that arise, please notify us ASAP. We value both our time and yours, hence communication is key for us to create magic and transform these rooms!
